1. Does the system provider have a full selection of GPS devices to accommodate different applications
2. Can you re-configure your GPS device from your computer over the air
3. Does the system provider have patent protection
4. Does the system provider have GPS devices that support assisted GPS (A-GPS) for improved accuracy, indoor tracking and immediate location
5. Are the GPS devices FCC and PTCRB certified (very important)
6. Can your provider let you locate your assets from your cell phone
7. Is the system designed to be extended for future business requirements
8. Will it scale to meet your needs today and tomorrow
9. Can the company provide voice by the minute without a monthly contract
10. Does the company have 24X7 live operator emergency response capability
11. Does the system accommodate any type of information (streaming video, diagnostics from the car, mobile inventory, alerts, alarms)
12. Does the system alert you on your cell phone, PDA, computer, email etc...
13. Can the system support millions of devices
14. Does the system manage mobile assets, people and stationary equipment under any circumstances
15. Does the system support any type of communications
16. Can the system incorporate any future GPS device
