Robert Chapman Wants to Know “Are You Up to His GPS Challenge?”
Are You Really Informed?
I have been a pioneer in the Security Industry for over 45 years
and my companies have sold millions of security products through
thousands of Dealers around the world. I am the owner of patent #5504491
(1996) that provides for the transfer of GPS voice and location specific
data to a central dispatch center using cellular or satellite communications.
My company also developed the first hand held GPS device, with the
worlds smallest GPS receiver. (Business card size)
I would like a few minutes of your time to help inform you about
the truth, of GPS the next utility, not the “Smoke
and Mirrors” misleading claims everyone else in the GPS industry
is making, Robert W. Chapman.
Be Realistic
Unless you thoroughly understand how a quality GPS system can benefit
your business, you will surely be misled (watch out for imposters!). If
you are picking a GPS technology for your company you absolutely
need to make an informed decision (do your homework or hire
a qualified consultant!) or you will be heading down a dead
end alley with no way out.
Reality Check
Determine your GPS requirements for today and your needs for tomorrow,
then select an architecture that insures your future before buying
into the misleading claims that many GPS companies are offering.
A Wake up Call
Your decision needs to be based on valid information derived from
your research. Most importantly, this information must include a
universal GPS operating platform that fulfills your specific requirements.
If not, you will make the biggest business mistake of all, investing
in a system that is extremely limited, has many restrictions and
will eventually require an expensive conversion to the all encompassing
system needed to run your business. Don’t make a flawed business
decision.

C3 has built our solution to fulfill today’s needs, with the foresight

majority of GPS companies, C3 is much more than just GPS vehicle
tracking. Our revolutionary software design, using open architecture,
allows us to change like a Chameleon and affords you the peace of
mind of never having to worry about an obsolete or outdated system.
C3’s new Trip Logic dispatch systems extends our offering to include
fleet management integrated with GPS devices, mapping and tracking.
C3’s modular design allows us to replace any critical component when
a new technology offers a better solution. This capability provides
you with the confidence to know that we can accommodate any need

any portion of our system as new technology evolves. If the software
