SATraker is...
- A highly integrated self contained asset tracking device including: GPS receiver, simplex satellite transmitter, internal battary and antennas packaged in a rugged, environmentally extreme, weatherproof enclosure (NEMA 6P & IP68)
- Compact (7.25" X 3.25" X 1" 13 oz.) enclosure designed to attach easily with either screws, auto-body grade adhesive or Velcro to the top of a cargo container, railcar, trailer or other asset
- Up to 7 years of location reports 4,200 messages, once a day, on the internal battery, user configurable for different reporting requirements. (PDA or computer)
- Equipped with a field replaceable battery
- Easily connects to external sensors enabling alarm notification and sensor data
- Operates using Globalstar Low Earth Orbit Satellite Constellation.
- Dynamic and Powerful feature-set allows for easy field configuration

- Supervisory position reporting:
Device wakes up, locates by GPS, Transmits location, Resumes sleep mode. Up to 12 programmable sleep intervals or wake up settings. - Supervisory override:
Alternate supervisory reporting schedule triggered by an "alarm" transmits GPS location on a new override schedule, for alarm duration. - External sensors supported:
Sensors can be Dry Contact, Custom Serial, Universal Multimode Sensors (Humidity, Light, Refrigerated Temperature, Door, Dry Contact) - Integrated motion sensor :
